South Florida Frenzy is a community organization that creates opportunities for youth to build self-confidence, physical awareness, social skills, and a healthy lifestyle through sports.

The Florida Frenzy is a 501 (C)-3 Youth Travel Basketball Club from Parkland Florida started in 2011 as Basketball Club with youth All Stars.

The Team was ranked by USSAB in the top 20 in the state the 1st (2) years! Due to our success, many of our starting players were noticed and recruited by other larger organizations for the 2015 season.

Our goal is to give Parkland and the surrounding areas youths an opportunity to improve their basketball skills and knowledge year around while having some fun!

Another of our goals is to create a basketball feeding program for our schools.

Carderro is what you call a basketball mind. He has a deep understanding of the game and enjoys helping others understand it the same. Carderro's coaching style is unique. He builds his curriculum on the fundamentals of basketball as well as the fundamentals of life. He has experienced first hand the positive role that sports can play in the lives of children. Through his coaching, he hopes to inspire others to believe in themselves and the power of the game.

Carderro was taught one of the most feared and sought after positions in basketball, The Point Guard position. Unknowingly this position was shaping his character and discipline that would allow him to earn a Junior College and Division 1 scholarship for Basketball. Carderro attended Redlands Community College, where he had the opportunity to learn from one of the world's most respected coaches, Coach Steve Eck. Coach Eck has an NJCAA Record of 486-90 now in his 18th year as a head coach, as he continues to shape and mold young men with his love and wisdom.

Carderro went on to play at Florida Atlantic for Coach Rex Walters and Mike Jarvis who both have NBA knowledge and experience. Rex Walters who himself played the Point Guard position for the Miami Heat organization, under legendary Coach Pat Riley, would hammer Carderro everyday at practice about what takes to be a college point guard and what it takes to be a leader. This helped Carderro become one of the top point guards in the Sun Belt Conference in 2007-2008 season, and Earn him a strong candidate for SBC newcomer of the year honors. Carderro Lead his team in assist (122) made 59 3 pointers, free throw percentage (87%) and 3rd best assist to turnover ratio (1.58)

Carderro lead a first year team in 2014 winning USSSA National Championship In Gainesville, FL  He has hope to bring some championships to the Frenzy organization.
"There are so many important principles to becoming successful in basketball and life. The mission is to develop these principles through basketball."
-Coach C
"We met Coach Carderro at our 1st tournament in 2015. We recruited him to train some individual team members. His background as a player in Kansas and FAU is outstanding. His coaching and training knowledge was evident the first time that we saw him on the court. His coaching style and ability to communicate with the team was evident right away. As we got to know him, his basketball system produced great teams. Coach Carderro has a talent for coaching players of any athletic ability. Coach C has now come become involved in the Florida Frenzy program full time."
